Cold pours await in Thorn Lounge. Sip on specialty cocktails or aged whiskey and scotch at the sleek white marble bar top or fireside in lavish lounge seating. Behind the bar, there is a wide selection of local IPAs and imports in bottle or on tap as well as an eclectic wine line. During weekends, enjoy brunch specials like the Rosemosa (Rosé + OJ), Manmosa (Beer + OJ), and more.
Private Dining
Reserve Thorn’s private dining room for groups of up to 14 people. With floor to ceiling windows, stimulating artwork, and optional rose mood lighting, reserve this intimate space for an unforgettable dining experience.
About The Chef
Chef Scott Wallet Jr. is from a small town in Vermont and got his start at a small resort called Mountain Top Inn were he found his passion for Farm to Table cuisine. Chef Scott graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2005. Chef Scott found himself moving to Illinois and working at Oakbrook’s Hills Resort where he oversaw the operations of multiple outlets, including banquets. In 2021 Chef Scott joined the Chicago Marriott Naperville team as Chef de Cuisine, overseeing the restaurant Artisan Table. Chef Scott was the 2023 Western Suburban Food Pantry Chefs Culinary Challenge winner!
